Terry Van Allen

I have been a creative person most of my life. My parents taught me a variety of things: knit, crochet, sewing, gardening, how to use power tools and fix things. I have tried a variety of crafts including scrapbooking, making notecards, and photography. I am currently learning watercolor and acrylic painting.

I am a caregiver by nature. In 2018, I sold my house and moved in with my parents. This allowed them to stay in their home as long as possible per their wishes. They both passed in 2022.

I retired in 2019 as a nurse, after about 30 years of service. Now I'm looking to get my creative side started up again.
